Credits ship with your plan. One pool per workspace, and every AI feature draws from the same pool; the meter reads plainly ("42,500 credits remaining"), resets monthly, and never does token math at you. Quick questions draw a little, deep analysis and full SEO reports draw more, and choosing the frontier model draws more still — your call, question by question. Ask's keyword router doesn't touch the pool: it is free.
During early access the pool refills each month and nothing can be bought, top-ups included. The published pack, for when plans open, is one size on every plan.
Events, session replay, heatmaps, and the SEO dashboard are included in the plan and metered separately; none of them draw from your credit pool. The pool resets monthly and doesn't roll over, so there's nothing to hoard and nothing to lose track of.

The fine print, said plainly: nothing on this page can be bought today. Checkout and plan changes are switched off while early access runs, and no card is asked for, so there is nothing to cancel. Event caps are soft: tracking never stops, and there are no per-event overage charges. Events are kept for 1 to 24 months depending on the plan; replay recordings are kept 30 days.
Nothing breaks. We keep collecting. The cap is the number a plan suggestion is drawn against, never a switch that turns tracking off.
Credits are the one meter for AI work over your data. Every AI feature draws from the same pool: quick questions draw a little, deeper work draws more, and the frontier model tier draws more still. The meter always shows what's left, and the pool refills every month.
